专利摘要:
Apparatus for dispensing liquid preparations which comprises a container having demountable upper and lower container parts, the upper container part of which has a pressurized-fluid inlet connected by a flexible connecting line to a source of pressurized fluid and a vent, a flexible diaphragm located in the container so as to provide an expandable and contractable pressurized-fluid chamber and an expandable and contractable preparation chamber in the container, a charging and discharging orifice in the lower container part, and a flexible connecting line connecting that orifice with a point at which fluid is discharged. The container is mounted for rotation on a horizontal axis for allowing rotation of the container from a position in which the charging and discharging orifice in the lower container part is uppermost for filling and lowermost for discharge. The vent is so located with reference to the charging orifice that a back pressure is maintained in the pressurized-fluid container part sufficient to prevent collapse of the diaphragm faster than liquid preparation is fed in through the charging orifice.

one
This invention relates to a technique for applying insulation materials, adhesives, varnishes, plastics and other liquid substances with a brush.
A device for coating of liquid materials is known, which contains hermetic containers, each of which is divided by a flexible membrane into upper and lower sections, which are interconnectedly connected to each other, connected to upper sections with pipelines with valves for controlling the flow rate of the medium transferring pressure to the flexible membranes, pipelines feeding material POC1MLTYA, connected to the lower sections, and causing the organ r. .
The known device also contains hydraulic circulation pumps, drive valves, multi-way valves, which complicates the design of the device and, accordingly, its maintenance. In addition, the device does not provide the means to ensure quick cleaning of the container and transportation of the device to the place of operation.
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the operating characteristics.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for coating of liquid materials containing hermetic containers, each of which is divided by a flexible membrane into upper and lower sections, disconnectedly interconnected, connected to upper sections, pipelines with valves for controlling the flow rate of the medium pressure transmitting flexible membranes, pipelines supplying the material of the coating connected to the lower sections, and applying the organ according to the invention, the upper and lower 15 sections of the pressure chamber are made of hemispheres of the same size and flexible diaphragm are made in the form of hemispheres, each container installed on the transport device with the possibility of rotation by 180 ° relative to its horizontal axis, provided with a lock of its position, valve for controlling the material consumption of the coating, and valve for regulating the flow pressure transfer medium flexible membrane mounted directly on the tank.
The device is equipped with a mixer 30 connected to the lower sections along the
at least two containers and with the applying organ.
Each container is made with polished surface or with anti-adhesive coating.
FIG. 1 shows a device with two containers, a general view; 2, with five containers; in fig. 3 a device with two capacitances, side view; in fig. 4 - tanks with valve system; in fig. 5 - capacity on the transporting device.
The device contains hermetic containers 1 (a and b), divided by flexible membranes 2 (a and b) into upper and lower sections, which are made in the form of hemispheres of the same size. The upper sections are connected by pipelines 3 (a and b) to reservoir 4 for the medium (water or air), which transmits pressure to flexible membranes.
2 (a, b). The tank has an inlet 5. On the tank 1, valves b (a and b) are mounted to regulate the flow of water or air and valves
7 (a and b) controlling the consumption of the coating material (paint). The lower sections of the containers are connected by pipes 8 (a and b) with a mixer 9. At the lower ends of the pipelines 8 (a, b), adjustable dosing nozzles 10 (a and b) are installed. A pipeline 11 for supplying paint to the applying organ is connected to the mixer 9.
FIG. 2 the device contains five containers. In four containers there are paints of different color tones, in the fifth - a diluent.
Capacity 1 (a, b, c, d, d) is connected to the reservoir 4 pipelines
3 (a-d). The flow of medium under pressure in, the tank is regulated by valves b (a to e). The amount of paint entering the mixer 9 is controlled by the valves 7 (a-e). In addition, dosing mouthpieces 10 (a-d) are present on pipelines 8 (a-d). The containers 1a, b are mounted on the frame 12, having racks 13, wheels 14 and transverse supports 15 with horizontal axes of rotation 16, on which the suspensions 17 are fixed to install the containers. The axes of rotation have holes for locking pins 18.
On stand 13, a nipple 19 for connecting to a water supply system, a filter 20, a gearbox 21, a pressure gauge 22, a check valve 23 and a safety valve 24 are mounted. The safety valve 24 is fixed on the distribution crosspiece 25. A valve 26 is installed opposite the safety valve through which the cleaning fluid is supplied containers. Opposite the check valve 23 there is a shut-off valve 27. After the shut-off valve, there is a switching valve 28, which directs the flow of water into one or another container through the nipples 29
Drain valves 30 are installed behind the switching valve.
FIG. 4, the right capacity is shown in lijOMeHT inlet of coating material into it. The upper section has an inlet nipple 31, overlaps with a net 32. A nipple 33 is connected to the nipple 31 to take away the product. The coating material is poured through the funnel 34. After filling, the fitting is closed by a plug 35. Capacity 1 b is located so that the upper edge of fitting 31 is flush with the top nipple 29. By this arrangement air is prevented from entering the section of the container filled with the applied coating .
The upper and lower sections of the containers are connected by bayonet locks 36. The capacitance shown in FIG. 5 is connected by pipeline 8a (for example, a transparent plastic hose) through a shut-off valve 37 to the applying organ, roller 38, brush, spray gun, or watering device.
The device works as follows.
Before filling the container with paint (glue or other working fluid), the container is installed with the filled section upwards, turning it 180 ° around the horizontal axis 16. Remove the plug 35 from the fitting 31 and install the funnel 34 in it to fill the paint. The water in the tank is displaced by the membrane and drained through valve 30. Since the upper nipple 29 and valve 30 are located above the outlet of fitting 31, there is a constant back pressure in the lower section, therefore no air bubbles form in the upper section. After filling the container with paint, fitting 31 is closed with a cap and turning the container through 180 °, after which water or air is supplied from tank 4, which, acting on membrane 2a, squeezes the paint out of the container and directs it through the tank to the applying organ. If the paint is completely squeezed out of the container, the grid 32 will prevent the membrane from being pushed into the opening of the fitting 31. If necessary, the colors are mixed in the mixer 11 before being supplied to the applying organ.
When using a device to work with bicomponent products, each component fills the corresponding container. Since the working pressure at any time is the same in both tanks, the flow rate of the components is influenced only by their viscosity, if the dimensions of the Za and 8c pipelines are the same. Raskhrd components can be changed using valves 5 7a and 7c.
By equipping the device with non-capacitive containers for various inks (see Fig. 2), it is possible to obtain an almost unlimited number of color tones by supplying a certain amount of paint of different color tones to the mixer. It is also possible to add dosage amounts of the diluent.
When using solvents or harmful products, the device offers clear advantages, since liquid products are in a closed system for as long as they are applied.
This device is reliable in operation, does not require a motor, does not create noise during operation, is easy to maintain and maintain.
